An excellent location in CBD, well recommended.
Location suited us, trams and trains 100ms, Cafe pubs and restaurants a short walk, theatre 200ms, kitchen well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay.
Kitchen chair had a wobbly leg, ran out toilet paper day 3, extra roll would of been handy

Excellent venue
So close to Princess theatre which is where we were attending. Supermarket next door for some minor supplies and other eateries close by for meals/snacks. The reception staff were exceptionally good especially a certain gentleman who was on duty most of the time we required advice/queries. Nothing was a problem to him. The room was spacious with good views, full kitchen and comfortable bed. Good views towards the tennis centre and MCG. Car parking right next door.

Very enjoyable.
Great location. Well designed, spacious and with every amenity for an enjoyable stay. Nice balcony with great views. Bathed in natural light. Staff very pleasant and the option to leave bags in safe area after check out for a short period was appreciated. Close to IGA supermarket, coffee shops, theatre district and restaurants.
Bathroom can be challenging. Short shower screen therefore bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. Best to use bath mat in the bathtub, otherwise unsafe.
